Cerebri

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

By using Cerebri (the "app"), you agree to these terms.

License

You are granted a personal, non‑transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases

Some features require a one-time purchase (Cerebri Premium), billed through your Apple App Store account. It is a single payment — nothing renews and there is no subscription. The unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices via Restore Purchases. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Your content

You are responsible for the material you import and create. The app processes it on your device to generate flashcards and explanations. Do not import content you do not have the right to use.

AI‑generated content

Flashcards, explanations, and tutor responses are generated by on‑device AI and may contain errors. They are study aids, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify important information against authoritative sources.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law or to attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app beyond what the law permits.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including from reliance on AI‑generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
